Annual Parish Meeting - Notice
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held in The Sands Room, The Sands on Monday 18 May 2026, commencing at 7.00 pm.
Such persons only as are registered as local government electors for Seale and Sands Parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting, but the meeting will be open to the public during the proceedings unless the meeting by resolution
otherwise directs.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:

3. Minutes of the meeting 29th May 2025
4. Chairman’s Report
5. Updates from Borough and County Councillors (if Present)
6. Public Questions
